Shannon Yates, owner of Gather & Graze, will teach you everything you need to know about selecting, pairing, and preparing cheeses for an amazing charcuterie experience!

You will be able to sample and experience different cheeses and will go home with a small board to enjoy later!

Shannon teaches our Charcuterie for Beginners class and our favorite part is when she explains how to select and pair cheeses!
