Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care when packaging all of our items and do everything we can to ensure that your package will arrive at your home safely.
If your package does arrive damaged, of if your products are defective, please notify us via email immediately and keep all of the original packing materials.
Please keep in mind that almost all of our items are handmade by professional artisans, and not mass produced in a factory. Minor flaws and inconsistencies in pattern and color occur naturally in items produced by hand..
Don’t Love It Like You Thought You Would?
It happens! You may return undamaged items within 7 days of receipt for a partial refund. Please email us immediately and we will send a return label. Once we have received the item, we will issue a refund for the purchase price minus return shipping costs.

DAMAGED ITEMS & REPAIRS: ENewton jewlery is are designed for living in and we want you to enjoy your purchase for a long time to come.
For any DEFECTIVE Enewton piece purchased from our website or in store, we will gladly replace or repair the item within 30 days of purchase, free of charge with proof of purchase.
If any item is DAMAGED from living in, whether purchased from our website or from OUR retail store, we are happy to repair the item for you within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
After 30 days, please contact ENewton directly to inquire about repair and associated costs.
POLISH POTTERY
Our pottery is Quality 1 stoneware made in Bolesawiec, Poland.
The glaze is lead and cadmium free, is resilient to abrasives making it durable and resistant to scratching or chipping, and is also non-stick for easy clean-up.
Dishwasher, microwave, freezer and oven safe.
Polish stoneware can be used in the oven, not to exceed 375 degrees. Avoid putting stoneware directly from the refrigerator or freezer into the oven.

Dishwasher Instructions
Our ceramic dinnerware and serveware collections are dishwasher safe on the low-heat, air-dry cycle, using non-abrasive detergents, do not overload the dishwasher. We recommend hand washing oversized serving pieces. Since Bella Bianca and Bella Natale are stoneware they are oven safe.
Microwave Care
All Arte Italica ceramic collections are microwavable. Because microwave temperatures vary, ceramic may get hot when warming food. As a precaution, please wear a mitt when removing ceramic from the microwave and never allow children to remove ceramic without adult assistance.
